Germany, 2 euro collector coins set 2022 "Bundeslander" - Wartburg Castle (brilliant uncirculated). The set is the 17th and final issue in the Federal States Series and includes the coins of all five German mints. The 2 Euro coin is dedicated to the Wartburg, which overlooks the city of Eisenach in Thuringia. It is the first German castle to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and, according to legend, was founded in 1067. In its 1,000-year history, many famous names have visited the castle as a place of residence and work.
