For storing food, allow to cool before covering with Multix Alfoil. Either side of Multix Alfoil can be used. Do not use Multix Alfoil in a microwave. Always read your oven user manual before lining oven walls with Multix Alfoil. Do not cover stainless steel dishes with Multix Alfoil.
