Description Instructions – 1. Remove any dispersion (tacky layer) from the nails before applying the stick on Decals. 2. Use tweasers to remove and place decals because using your fingers will transfer oils and may compromise the stickyness of the decal. 3. Ensure the decal is flat against the nail and has no wrinkles and when you are happy with the position of the decal/s apply a UV/LED Top coat to encapsulate the entire decal/s to prevent it from lifting. Cure the Top Coat as per normal
